The We Are The Future Summit is a one-day live summit at the Nassau Coliseum, offering 2,000+ Youth access to groundbreaking sessions and leadership insights from an emerging wave of diverse leaders, elected officials, and influencers ready to equip, connect, and inspire next-gen New Yorkers.

What to expect

Live Programming

Live groundbreaking sessions and leadership insights from the emerging wave of diverse thought leaders, keynote presentations by notable corporate, nonprofit, and government executives.

Uniting Creative Leaders

Attendees will have the chance to network with Creative Leaders from across the New York Metropolitan areas, focused on supporting next-generation talent, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders.

Regional Career Fair

Our career fair aims to connect Black and Brown youth, community leaders, and activists with career opportunities in emerging industries such as offshore wind, construction, trades, manufacturing, and STEM.

Summit Experience

POLICY

Our initiative is to pave the way for Gen Z and Millennials in the areas of Advocacy and Civic Engagement. We do this by providing a place to educate our attendees on government policy by offering insight from local and state advisors, business entrepreneurs, and government officials.

CULTURE

Unlike most political events, we infuse the ideas and sounds of today’s culture into the Summit. With the incorporation of DJs, Recording Artists, and entertainment performances, we create a fun and memorable experience our attendees won’t forget!
