supports Gen Z and millennial minority entrepreneurs aged 18-38. It offers interactive curriculum and hands-on training with industry leaders, teaching business operations, decision-making, sustainable growth strategies, professional development, M/WBE certifications, and insights into supply chain, procurement, and vendor relationships.

Objectives and Focus

The core objective of the NextGen: Supplier Diversity Program is to assist emerging entrepreneurs of color in developing the necessary skills and knowledge to operate successful businesses. Our focus encompasses five key methods critical to a business's success:

NextGen Supplier Diversity Program

Program Requirements

Ages 18-38 (as of the deadline).

United States citizen

Must be at least 51% minority-owned, managed, and controlled

Must be a for-profit enterprise and physically located in the U. S. or its territories.

Management and daily operations must be exercised by the minority ownership member(s).

Ownership, in the case of a publicly owned business, means that at least 51% of the stock is owned by one or more minority group members.
